These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jilieo platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By using jilieo, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.

You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction — to register and use jilieo. Age verification is required before withdrawals are processed. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
jilieo does not hold a Pakistani gambling license. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using this platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 may restrict online gambling. Use the platform only if permitted by local law.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on jilieo. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts or accounts registered with false information are prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance in accordance with these terms.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, time limits and eligible game restrictions. Bonus terms are communicated at the point of opt-in and must be reviewed before accepting any promotional offer.
jilieo employs systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, and coordinated account activity intended to exploit promotional terms. Accounts found engaging in such activity may have winnings voided and accounts suspended without prior notice.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). Required documents include a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method. jilieo reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and jilieo ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the jilieo website located at https://jilieo.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered therein.
By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using any feature of jilieo, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting support.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:
To register and maintain an Account on jilieo, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:
Each eligible individual may register one Account only on jilieo. The creation of duplicate, multiple or linked Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds.
During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, complete and current information including, but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a chosen password. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes at any time after registration.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. jilieo will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. You agree to notify support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
jilieo reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point following registration and prior to processing any withdrawal. Verification documents typically include a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence) and may include proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
All deposits to a jilieo Account must be made using payment methods made available in the Platform's cashier. Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform does not accept deposits on behalf of third parties — funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account within the timeframe specified for the chosen payment method in the cashier. jilieo does not guarantee specific deposit processing times, as delays may arise due to third-party payment processor conditions that are outside jilieo's direct control.
The Platform may reference payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — purely as contextual references. These references do not constitute an endorsement of, affiliation with, or confirmed support by any of the named payment providers. Payment method availability is subject to change without notice.
All Account balances, deposit amounts, wager values and withdrawal amounts are displayed in PKR. Where currency conversion applies at any point in the deposit or withdrawal process, the applicable exchange rate and any associated fees will be disclosed in the cashier at the time of the transaction.
Withdrawals from a jilieo Account are subject to successful completion of the KYC verification process. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit into the Account, and only to the extent of the original deposited amount via that method, unless the Platform expressly permits otherwise.
Prior to processing a withdrawal, jilieo will require you to submit identity verification documents. These documents are reviewed to confirm your identity, confirm that you meet the age eligibility requirements, and to comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any KYC review. Indicative processing windows are displayed in the cashier. jilieo does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
jilieo reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Platform may freeze the Account pending investigation and may report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.
From time to time, jilieo may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, reload offers and other promotional incentives to registered Users. All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the point of opt-in and published on the relevant promotion page. These general Bonus Terms apply to all offers unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times on eligible games or bet types before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds thresholds and time limits are stated in each individual promotion's terms and must be reviewed before opting in.
jilieo operates a strict policy against bonus abuse. Actions considered to constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: placing bets on all outcomes of an event to guarantee a profit regardless of result ("arbing"); using multiple Accounts to claim the same offer more than once; placing bets that are designed to meet wagering requirements while minimising actual risk; and colluding with other users to exploit promotional terms. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have Bonus Funds and associated winnings voided.
Bonus Funds and associated free bets that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without notice. jilieo does not restore expired bonuses.
Bets placed on jilieo are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market or casino game. General betting rules are set out below; specific rules for individual markets are available within the sports or casino lobby.
A bet is only accepted and confirmed when a bet slip confirmation reference number is issued by the Platform. Until that confirmation is received, no bet should be considered placed. jilieo reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at clearly erroneous odds due to a system error or data feed failure.
Where a bet is placed at odds that are clearly and materially incorrect as a result of a system error, human error or data feed failure — including in respect of cricket, PSL matches, ICC tournaments or any other sporting event — jilieo reserves the right to void the bet and return the Stake to the User's Account. The determination of whether odds constitute a palpable error rests solely with jilieo.
Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, cancelled or otherwise fails to reach a conclusion, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules specific to that sport and market as published on the Platform. In cases not covered by specific rules, jilieo may void affected bets and return stakes at its discretion.
All casino games — including slots, live dealer titles, table games and instant games — operate under the rules defined by the respective game provider. RTP figures are disclosed within each game's information panel. Results are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and are independently verified by the game providers.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
jilieo is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of player protection tools that are accessible directly from Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options.

jilieo reserves the right to impose responsible gambling restrictions on any Account where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe that a User is displaying signs of problem gambling, irrespective of whether the User has requested such restrictions. This includes the right to mandate a cooling-off period or self-exclusion where the Platform believes it is in the User's best interest.
All content on the jilieo Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of jilieo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, duplicate, copy or sell any portion of the Platform; frame or mirror any content; use data mining, scraping or similar data gathering tools; or use the jilieo name, logo or branding in any manner without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilieo, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including losses arising from betting outcomes, Platform downtime, data loss, or unauthorised Account access.
jilieo's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jilieo does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. jilieo accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of such unavailability.
The Platform may contain references to third-party payment providers, game suppliers and other service providers. jilieo is not responsible for the acts, omissions or content of any third party and does not endorse any third-party products or services referenced on the Platform.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting jilieo support and requesting Account closure. Prior to closure, any verified real-money balance in your Account (net of any Bonus Funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
jilieo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a material breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering or criminal activity; failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe; or where continued operation of the Account would be contrary to the Platform's regulatory, legal or risk management obligations.
Upon Account termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money balances that have been fully verified will be returned subject to the withdrawal process outlined in Section 6.
jilieo reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version of the Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, by notifying registered Users via the email address associated with their Account.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amended Terms take effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform is licensed and operated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral institution in the licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
